Leader of a team of Project Managers, Project Engineers and Engineering Technicians that are accountable for the management equipment orders in a Project Management Office (PMO) environment that are placed on the ALS Claremore product center to the specifications of the internal order. Including; project specific design, manufacture, acceptance testing, special testing, logistics, project specific reporting and document control processes. Develop and implement the philosophy of Critical Well execution in the product centers functional groups and processes.
Maintain a continuous state of operational readiness facing the Artificial Lift Research and Technology centers (ALRTC) vertical test well capability and apparatus facing NPD validation and verification testing.
Develop, implement and sustain an equipment project PMO office for the Artifical Lift Product Center that meets market requirements.
Manage enhanced validation project testing
Manage ALRTC System Performance apparatus
Develop and sustain revision controlled process and procedures for
- Project Management
- Document Control
- Project Engineering
- ALRTC Operations
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
5+ years’ experience in related field (Engineering - Project Management).
Applicable business skills necessary to maximize gross margins and improve operational efficiency.
Comprehensive knowledge of business plans, customer requirements, and market demands.
Good communication skills. Good leadership skills.
Demonstrated results in a PMO environment
Demonstrated ability to work in an ISO 9001 environment
Strong Management and Leadership skill sets
